Anyone can create a web site with (or without) all the great tools that make a Community run! That includes forums, guestbooks (aka In & Outs), polls, surveys, madlibs and more! While knowing a little HTML does help, the Writing.Com portfolio system takes all the technical work out of building your presence on the Internet!
